how to curl your fringe with curl tong

a small tutorial about how i curl my fringe * hope the spelling correct*

1. seprate you fringe to 2 part like pic below 

2.curl it with curl tong

done for the 1st part 

use the same method to do the 2nd part

then you will have a nice fringe 

tada~

so 2day is my 20th birthday
